Shave only between treatments – no waxing, tweezing, or depilatory creams.
Keep the area clean and dry for the first 24–48 hours.
No sun exposure or tanning (natural or solarium) for at least 2 weeks.
No spas, steam rooms, hot showers, or saunas for 72 hours.
No makeup, deodorants, perfumes, or lotions on the treated area for 24–48 hours.
No exfoliating scrubs, retinols, or active skincare ingredients for 5–7 days.
No swimming (chlorine or saltwater) for at least 48 hours.
Avoid shaving for 72 hours, or until skin feels calm and smooth.
No excessive sweating or exercise for 24–48 hours.
Do not pick, scratch, or rub the treated area.
No tight clothing that may rub against or irritate the area.
A mild heat sensation or redness is normal and usually settles within 24–48 hours.
You may notice hair shedding in 5–14 days – this is expected.
